Right-to-Know

The Borough of Rochester has, by resolution, adopted an Open Records Policy in accordance with Act 3 of 2008. More information regarding the Right-to-Know Law can be found at the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records.

All requests for review and/or duplication of public records shall be submitted to the Borough in writing. Requests can be made by using the Uniform Records Request Form.

Written requests may be submitted to the Borough in one of the following manners:

IN PERSON: (Hand Delivered) to OPEN RECORDS OFFICER, Borough Rochester, 350 Adams Street, Rochester.

BY MAIL: To OPEN RECORDS OFFICER, Rochester Borough, 350 Adams Street, Rochester, PA  15074.

BY FAX: (724) 775-7020.

If a written request for access to a record is denied, or denied in part, the requester has the right to appeal the denial in writing to:
